Jessica is a licensed occupational therapist who graduated from St. Catherine University with a degree in Occupational Therapy in 1997. Her clinical experience includes 19 years in community and hospital based co-occurring Day Treatment, individual outpatient treatment, short-term case management and home care. She also has 8 years experience teaching psychosocial occupational therapy at UW-LaCrosse and St. Catherine University.
She has completed extensive training in USC’s Lifestyle Redesign evidence-based practices and is a Healthe Habits for Living licensed provider. She also has training in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing techniques.
She brings passion to this work believing that every person can use their individual skills and strengths to build a healthy recovery lifestyle. She can help individuals identify and treat barriers in functional cognition, sensory processing and daily living skills that may be impacting their ability to maintain sobriety, manage mental health and live the life they want to live.
