Elite Recovery offers gender-specific intensive outpatient treatment for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders. Our treatment program involves an integrated approach that treats both disorders at the same time. Integrated treatment can help stabilize the symptoms of co-occurring disorders and provide the foundation for a more successful recovery.
The Intensive Outpatient Program provides structured group therapy three days a week. Patients typically spend 9 hours per week in-group and 1 hour individually with a therapist. The treatment model is gender-specific, evidence-based and a combination of several therapeutic modalities including motivation enhancement therapy, reality therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, twelve-step facilitation and dialectical behavioral therapy. Occupational therapy is offered as well.
