Dr. Ramsey’s Kefir Smoothie to Smooth Anxiety

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Plain Kefir
  • 1/3 cup Canned white beans (Rinse beans)
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1/2-1 Large banana
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 2 tbsp Raw, unsalted almonds (slivered, chopped or crushed)
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
In the following order, put kefir, beans, water, berries, banana, spinach, almonds and chia seeds into a high powered blender. Blend for 30 to 45 seconds, until all of the ingredients are incorporated. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
